Creating a Campaign

Steps

1. Go to Campaigns > New Campaign.
2. Enter a Campaign name.
3. Choose campaign type: Template-based or Text-based.
4. If Template-based: select an approved template, then map template variables to contact fields.
5. If Text-based: write your custom message text and optionally add media.
6. Select recipients — choose from: Segment, Contact Groups (multi-select), or Contact Labels (multi-select).
7. Set schedule: Send Immediately or pick a date and time.
8. Optionally set a Message Interval to rate-limit delivery (e.g. 1 message per second).
9. Review and launch.
